Star Cruises Has Gone Live with Seaware

Star Cruises has gone live with Seaware, the Versonix reservation platform that includes the Seaware Touch booking engine for mobile devices. The system is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

In addition to the system’s core reservation functionality, the company will use the following features:

  • A flexible business rules engine that responds quickly to changing business conditions
  • CRM functionality for managing marketing campaigns and loyalty programs
  • Built-in revenue management to increase yield
  • A complete OTA-compliant reservation API
  • Online booking for agencies and consumers
  • Fully automated guest and agency documentation
  • Complete reservation accounting with automated invoicing
  • Support for mobile devices
